You’ll value add: 

As a Creative and Marketing Executive at BBC, you will play a dual role in shaping creative direction and executing targeted marketing campaigns. Your contributions will position BBC’s sustainability services, workshops, and thought leadership as compelling and credible across key markets. By integrating creativity with data-informed marketing, you will help us communicate sustainability with clarity, purpose, and impact.

  • Develop and implement integrated creative marketing strategies, including branding, campaign planning, content creation, digital outreach, and event support, in alignment with BBC’s strategic objectives.
  • Conceptualise and design compelling visual and written content such as ESG explainer videos, infographics, social media assets, workshop decks, and promotional materials.
  • Lead the development of content for both internal and external communications, ensuring technical sustainability topics (e.g. ESG, carbon accounting, EUDR) are conveyed in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner.
  • Manage and grow BBC’s online presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and our website, utilising SEO-optimised and audience-relevant content.
  • Support the creation of branded assets for ESG reports, client presentations, and strategic proposals.
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to promote training programmes, events, reports, and digital learning offerings.
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to inform campaign strategies and identify creative opportunities.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on campaign and content performance, continuously refining activities to maximise engagement and impact.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, trainers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with business and sustainability goals.

You have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages.
  • Proficiency in utilising marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics and Canva.
  • Demonstrated passion for sustainability and a keen understanding of industry trends.
